About Mike
Background
Mike Kraft is the founder and principal of Kraft Consulting Group. As a leadership coach, Mike focuses on helping clients identify and step up to high-leverage conversations that enable them to work smarter, not harder. These conversations land in two general categories: conversations with other people and conversations with oneself. Both are vital to leadership effectiveness and success. Working with Mike, clients become more skillful at leading self, leading teams, and leading the business.
Mike's clients describe him as a deep listener, strong advocate, and trusted advisor. For more than 25 years, he has excelled at helping people align their behaviors with their values while they pursue professional success and enjoy personal fulfillment.

Mike has coached in a range of industries, including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, construction, high tech, and oil & gas. Mike has a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and was trained at New Ventures West, an ICF-accredited organization. He earned an M.Ed. in Social Foundations of Education from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame.

Mike lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and 3 teenage children. He enjoys skiing, cycling, camping, cooking, and travel.
